Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC in Eagan, MN is seeking an experienced Line Lead to join our team on all shifts. The role is hands-on in the production packaging area, ensuring tasks and equipment run per the schedule, with coverage during breaks.

Overtime is required every other Saturday based on production demands. Pay starts at $20.50 per hour with a $2 shift differential for the 3rd shift. This position reports to production leadership and interfaces with quality and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of food production experience preferred.
• Experience training new employees on duties and safety.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees on GMPs and packaging procedures.
• Pack, bag, palletize and cover breaks as needed.
• Operate and set up packaging equipment for the line.
• Enter and verify data in the ERP Plex system and maintain records.
• Coordinate with production, quality and maintenance to meet goals.
