Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory/lead experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and mathematical aptitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; multilingual adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Check all products and components for accuracy on each job.
• Assign work areas and verify staff performance on the line.
• Complete line paperwork and track hour efficiency.
• Check quality and call for assistance when needed; request maintenance.
• Maintain line cleanliness and safety per GMP practices.
• Communicate issues to Shift Supervisor; be adaptable to changes.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
