Job summary

Advanced Energy seeks a Line Lead for its 2nd Shift, performing high-mix electro-mechanical assembly in an ISO 7 cleanroom. The role involves training teammates, troubleshooting equipment, and using SAP for production data while adhering to safety and ISO procedures.

Training will occur on 1st shift for 6–9 months before handling 2nd shift. The position requires 6+ years in manufacturing, strong documentation skills, and experience with micro-electronic assembly and die bonding.

Qualifications

• Read and follow technical assembly documentation and schematics.
• Demonstrate math skills for dimensioning and measurements.
• Use SAP, Excel, and SharePoint for data entry and reporting.
• Understand ESD practices and cleanroom protocols.
• Experience in ISO7 cleanrooms and electro/mechanical assembly preferred.
• Ability to train others and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce micro-electronic assemblies using drawings and instructions.
• Operate tools, soldering irons, reflow/ convection ovens, and testing stands.
• Document build activities and test results in SAP and MS Excel.
• Maintain fixtures, perform calibrations, and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with the cleanroom team.
• Follow safety, ISO practices, and train fellow employees.
