Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math and read/understand instructions.

Responsibilities

• Start-up and operate equipment.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed.
• Follow department instructions and procedures.
• Visually inspect materials for defects.
• Control scrap and record production as required.
• Count and record production figures.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
• Follow ISO, environmental, and safety procedures.
• Perform mechanical work using hand/power tools to make products.
• Pack and secure materials for transport.
• Work as part of a production team to meet targets and liaise with maintenance to minimize downtime.
