Staffmark Group is hiring for an Assembly Lead in Manor, TX. The role focuses on leading cleanroom assembly and testing of electromechanical components used in gas delivery systems, with day-to-day direction for assembly personnel.

You will build, test, and inspect assemblies, interpret engineering drawings, and develop production schedules to meet deadlines while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical coursework, vocational training, or an Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily cleanroom assembly operations and provide direction to assembly technicians.
• Build, assemble, and test electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies for gas delivery systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and parts lists to ensure accurate assembly.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and bench tools to complete high‑quality assemblies.
• Develop production schedules with the Manufacturing Manager and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Train employees on assembly procedures, workmanship standards, safety practices and quality requirements.
• Perform advanced inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical components and systems.
• Support 5S, visual management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in production meetings and communicate priorities and updates to the team.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
