Job summary

Atterro in Manor, TX is seeking an Assembly Lead to supervise cleanroom assembly operations and guide technicians on electromechanical builds for gas delivery systems. You will read plans, assemble with hand/tools, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role emphasizes daily leadership, training, and collaboration with manufacturing and engineering to maintain schedules and drive continuous improvement in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical coursework preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cleanroom assembly operations and direct assembly technicians.
• Build, assemble, and test electromechanical assemblies for gas delivery systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and parts lists to ensure correct assembly.
• Utilize hand and power tools and bench tools to produce quality assemblies.
• Develop production schedules with the Manufacturing Manager and help meet deadlines.
• Train staff on procedures, workmanship standards, safety practices, and quality requirements.
• Conduct advanced inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
• Support 5S, visual management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in production meetings and communicate priorities to the team.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure safety and quality compliance.
