Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines, a leading LTL freight carrier, is seeking Line Haul Extraboard Drivers. You will operate equipment, follow FMCSA regulations and safety standards while moving freight between Estes Service Centers within the network.

Estes drivers receive competitive pay and benefits, including company uniforms, paid lodging, cell phone reimbursements, and bonus eligibility, with an average of about 5 days out between home time and a focus on professional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 21 years of age and valid Class A CDL per FMCSA.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the domicile Service Center or work assignment.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer safely to transport freight in compliance with FMCSA and company rules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain required records and secure cargo and equipment.
• Drive various routes and schedules as business needs dictate.
