Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking a Cutter Operator at the GF Plant in Grand Forks, ND. The role focuses on operating cutter equipment and upstream grading to meet production goals while upholding safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

You will cross-train between Line 1 and Line 4 cutter duties, ensure accurate data entry, and communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth line operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English to successfully complete job duties.
• Must be able to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and calculate percentages for adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutter equipment and perform upstream grading to meet production goals.
• Cross-train between Line 1 and Line 4 cutter duties.
• Maintain safety, quality and sanitation standards in all tasks.
• Follow procedures and policies, including SOPs and collective bargaining agreement where applicable.
• Enter and extract data from MMS and WonderWare; monitor line flow and conditions.
