Job summary

Cart-Driver is a wood-fired Neapolitan pizza restaurant seeking a part-time line cook for a high-standards kitchen. The role supports pizza, sauté, and garde manger with ~20 hours per week across ~3 shifts, collaborating closely with BOH and FOH teams to maintain top-quality mise en place and plated dishes.

You will work independently, stay composed during busy services, and take responsibility for your station while contributing to seasonal menu development and farm partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant cooking experience.
• Strong culinary fundamentals.
• Team-first mindset and willingness to help others succeed.
• Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and consistently in a high-standard kitchen.
• Experience with prep, sauté, pasta, pizza, or garde manger is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper handling practices.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
