Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook/Wok Cook/Station Chef to prepare food to our recipes and follow established safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced kitchen.

No experience is required—we train you. A Food Handler’s Card is required or obtainable. You should love food, know weights and measurements, and be ready to learn our menu for growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain.
• Love for food with attention to weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plates prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
• Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
• May need to assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc.
• Uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
