Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediate full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs in Tucson, AZ. You will prepare foods to recipe standards and maintain safety and sanitation.

No prior experience required; training provided. Applicants must be at least 18 and able to stand for long periods; benefits include competitive pay, flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; training available.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Flexible shifts and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn recipes and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef's guidance.
• Responsible for setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• May assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
