Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Tucson is hiring for multiple kitchen roles (Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef). No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and cover the basics with a current Food Handler's Card where applicable.

You will prepare and cook foods to established recipes, maintain kitchen sanitation, and work as part of a fast-paced team while following safety standards and procedures. Opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• No prior cooking experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain one.
• Love for food with an eye for detail, including weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods per chef's guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, and sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold sanitation and food service safety standards.
