P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Kitchen team members including Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, and Station Chef. Roles are available for full-time or part-time hourly positions with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Food Handler's Card preferred where applicable, we help obtain.
• Love of food and eye for detail with cooking; understanding weights, measures and portions.
• Ability to learn menu and recipes.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate foods per chef's guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors and sanitizing utensils as needed.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
