Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and food safety requirements. This position supports efficient kitchen operations by maintaining organized and sanitary work areas, monitoring product levels, and ensuring food is prepared and served in a timely manner. Line Cooks work collaboratively with kitchen and guest service staff to deliver a positive dining experience while adhering to operational, safety, and sanitation procedures.
