Qualifikationen

• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and process orders accurately, and judge food quality and quantity.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook menu items on burners, grills, fryers, and ovens, following standardized recipes and presentations.
• Plate and present dishes accurately, including fried items, chips, fries, and appetizers.
• Follow prep lists and maintain pars accurately.
• Ensure proper hold times for all fried products.
• Sanitize work areas and equipment before, during, and after shifts.
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning and fryer maintenance.
• Assist with dishwashing and assigned janitorial duties.
• Stock and restock line items according to specifications.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Help educate guests on menu offerings to sell food and beverage items.
• Model exceptional guest service, teamwork, professionalism, and safety awareness.
• Support colleagues across departments and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture.
• Maintain company standards for uniform, grooming, and hygiene.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
