Responsibilities

• Performs main line food production duties per shift.
• Works independently with little oversight.
• Maintains quality control and sanitation in production areas.
• Reviews daily menus with supervisors and plans production.
• Oversees food serving lines and ensures proper stocking and cleanliness.
• Follows HACCP protocol, temperature and sanitation logs.
• Fills in for other kitchen positions as needed.
• Maintains equipment and storage areas with proper sanitation.
