Chicago Winery, a boutique urban winery, is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen. You will prepare ingredients to exact chef specifications and assist executive and sous chefs with daily tasks, while collaborating closely with kitchen staff to uphold health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include prep, cooking, plating, safety, inventory, and team communication. The role offers $22.00–$25.00 per hour and requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment with a passion for great food

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking according to recipes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Weigh, measure, mix and prepare food to hit portions and presentation standards.
• Assist with prep work and event catering when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work station.
• Coordinate with cooks to ensure timely, high-quality plating and service.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and stock inventory as required.
• Adapt to guest dietary restrictions and special requests.
