Job Summary:

We are seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant. You will prepare delicious meals using high-quality ingredients, ensuring an excellent experience for our patrons. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and passionate about cooking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
  • Prepare and present food appealingly
  • Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
  • Follow all food safety regulations
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience preferred
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
