Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items demonstrating a positive demeanor
• Inspect and clean food prep areas for safety and sanitation
• Ensure proper food storage and cooking temperatures
• Check food quality and rotate stock
• Start prepped food, avoid over-preparation
• Manage stock levels and prepare necessary ingredients
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portions
• Portion, garnish, and serve food to servers/bartenders
• Test foods for doneness using tasting, smelling, or piercing
• Return unused food to storage with proper labeling
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements
