Zusammenfassung

The Ruby Slipper Cafe seeks aKitchen prep and line cook to accurately and efficiently prepare hot food products and portion ingredients prior to cooking. You will also contribute to final plate presentation, including garnishes and plating for all hot menu items.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of kitchen experience, can communicate clearly with managers and team members, and are able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as required by the role.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Clear communication with managers, kitchen and front of house.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for long periods, up to 10 hours.

Job Summary

Accurately and efficiently prepare hot food products as well as prepare and portion food prior to cooking Responsible for performing other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates
