Job summary

The Ruby Slipper Cafe in Cahaba Commons, AL is seeking a kitchen team member to accurately and efficiently prepare hot food products and portion food prior to cooking, including plating and garnishing of prepared items.

Requirements include at least 1 year of kitchen prep and cooking experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to 10 hours, and clear communication with managers and the crew. Enjoy Days Only, medical/dental benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house krewe members.
• Be able to reach, bend stoop, and frequently lift up to 50lbs.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).

Responsibilities
