Job summary

Le Pain Quotidien in Coconut Grove, Miami is seeking a part-time Cook to join our warm, hospitality-driven team. You will prep and execute all menu items, maintain clean work areas, and support the Kitchen Manager to ensure quality and efficiency.

This role sits within Convive Brands, offering growth across multiple concepts and a competitive hourly wage with tips. Ideal candidates have 1–3 months of restaurant experience, knife-handling skills are a plus, and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Ability to follow LPQ ticket standards and procedures.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in kitchen roles.

Responsibilities

• Prep and execute all menu items, including seasonal and specials for dine-in and to-go by LPQ ticket standards.
• Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized; assist with cleaning dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Assist Kitchen Manager in maintaining proper par levels and using prep sheets.
• Conduct line checks for quality control and proper food handling.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
• Follow and complete cleaning and food safety checklists.
