Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or cooking experience preferred (line cook, prep cook, etc.).
• Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Adapt to special requests or dietary needs when necessary.
