Job summary

Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill in Germantown, TN is seeking a Line Cook to join a high-volume kitchen. You will work in a professional, fast-paced scratch kitchen with open visibility from the dining area and coordination with the expo and management teams.

Responsibilities include managing protein tickets, maintaining proper food temperatures, and ensuring sanitation standards. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and adaptability essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket orders for proteins and execute proper food temps.
• Maintain a clean station and workspace, following sanitation protocols.
• Open and close duties, and coordinate with pantry, expo, and management teams.
