Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP Team Members.
• Prepare, plate, and package food according to IHOP SOPs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and follow health guidelines.
• Follow IHOP uniform and appearance standards.
• Stock and rotate supplies in kitchen, prep, and expo areas.
• Unload, rotate, and store food, equipment, and supplies.
• Identify and remedy improperly prepared food before delivery.
• Follow dish machine and sink procedures and perform cleaning duties.
