Job summary

Windham Mountain Club is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our summer Food & Beverage team, with the opportunity to transition into the busy winter season. The role is on-site, with summer and fall housing available for the right candidate, and starts planned for July or August.

Pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, with weekend and holiday work expected. Responsibilities include food safety compliance, operating grill and kitchen equipment, stock setup, prepping a range of dishes, and

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations.
• Must be able to follow directions thoroughly and accurately.
• Must be comfortable interacting with staff and guests in a friendly and helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling standards.
• Operate grill, fryer, steam table, and assist with baking and food prep.
• Set up and stock stations to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare a variety of fresh foods, including salads, meats, soups, and desserts.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment as needed.
• Store food properly and manage deliveries and stock rotation.
• Assist with special events and support inventory tasks.
