• Maintain consistency in taste, portion and presentation.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards.
• Oversee one or more stations on the line.
• Ensure all prep work is completed.
• Step in on any station when needed to keep service flowing.
• Guide and mentor line and prep cooks.
• Assist with inventory and ordering.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
