Job summary

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a Line Cook at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. This part-time role focuses on producing menu items to Legends’ specifications, maintaining sanitation, and working efficiently in a high-volume stadium kitchen.

You will follow chefs' directions, manage portions and temperatures, and uphold safety standards. Availability for all stadium events, including late nights, weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience required.
• Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Able to obtain food safety certification.
• Available for all stadium events, including late nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows Executive Chef, Sous Chefs and/or Supervisors' assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
• Prepares food items by complying with portion size and quality standards.
• Maintains HACCP standards and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
• Keeps walk-in coolers, storage spaces, walls and floors clean and organized.
• Ensures equipment is clean, sanitized and safe to operate; reports issues promptly.
