Job summary

Chili’s is seeking Kitchen Team Members to help set the pace for a great shift. You will learn and execute recipe procedures, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure food orders flow smoothly while contributing to a safe, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates are friendly, fast-thinking, and able to use common kitchen equipment. Prior food and beverage experience is preferred; flexible scheduling is available for part-time or full-time roles.

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili’s our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili’s. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!
