Chili’s in the United States is seeking Kitchen Team Members to support fast-paced service and food preparation. You will learn and execute recipes, maintain cleanliness, and help keep orders moving while contributing to a welcoming team environment.

Ideal candidates think quickly and work well with others, with experience in food service or a similar setting. Flexible scheduling options include part-time or full-time roles, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Role Overview

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili’s our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili’s. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures


• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen


• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures


• Communicate ticket times to Team Members


• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
