Chili’s in the United States is seeking Kitchen Team Members to set the pace for a great shift. You’ll learn and execute our recipe procedures, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure consistent quality.

In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you’ll communicate ticket times, keep orders flowing from the kitchen, and contribute to a safe, welcoming atmosphere. Flexible part-time or full-time roles offer growth and a great team atmosphere with benefits.

Role Overview

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili’s our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili’s. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!
