Job summary

Chili’s is seeking a Kitchen Team Member (Heart of House) to help set the pace of a great shift. You’ll learn recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean, and contribute to a fast, welcoming dining experience for guests.

Ideal candidates show teamwork, quick thinking in a high-volume environment, and the ability to work with slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors. Prior food service experience is preferred. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules may be available.

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili’s our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili’s. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!
