Job description

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook that can work flexable hours, and has a passion producing quality dishes for our restaurant. We are a Modern American Smokehouse, so open flames and a little smoke can't be an issue. We are a "from scratch" kitchen, and work for fresh food each day. We are a fast paced, clean as you go, and teamwork driven kitchen, and we are looking for a team player to add to our crew.
