Covenant Living Communities and Services is hiring a Line Cook to prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and cold items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and catered events. The role emphasizes accuracy, sanitation and quality across a senior living/healthcare environment.

You will follow standardized recipes, manage portions, read orders, and operate kitchen equipment while maintaining a clean, safe work area and adhering to state and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit is required.
• ServSafe training beneficial.
• State sanitation certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks foods to order for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• May operate a grill station and serve customers a la carte.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met.
• Read orders, follow recipes, portion, and plate attractively.
