Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Prepare food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and available.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
• Maintain freshness, proper cooking status, and seasoning of all foods.
• Stock and clean station for next shift.
• Follow food rotation policies.
• Present professional appearance with uniform and name tag.
