Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a line or prep cook role.
• Hotels, resorts, or upscale casual restaurant experience is a plus.
• Culinary school certification or formal apprenticeship is preferred but not required.
• Clear English reading, writing and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Set up and work a designated station each evening.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
• Uphold sanitation and food safety standards per OSHA and state guidelines.
• Report equipment issues to ensure a safe working environment.

• Participate in team discussions to support menu development.
• Support banquet and offsite events as needed.
