Qualifications

• 3 or more years of volume cooking in a similar size operation or larger.
• Experience with recipe development and large batch cooking.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, preparation, storage and sanitation.
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, current market trends, and applicable laws (e.g. OSHA, health regulations).
• Ability to communicate effectively with other departments, guests and vendors.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• ServSafe certification required prior to hire.
