Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and standards during service hours.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow on the line.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations, equipment and utensils.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold hygiene and safety.
• Communicate with management and front-of-house to prioritize tasks and maintain quality.
• Assist with food preparation, including portioning, marinating, and pre-service tasks.
• Uphold commitment to delivering exceptional service and high-quality food.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
