Job summary

Seis Kitchen in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Line Cook to join our fast-casual team. You will execute dishes on the line, prep, and ensure consistency and quality during service in our scratch kitchen.

We offer part-time or full-time roles with flexible schedules, free meals, daily employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement as we grow. Applicants should be able to work evenings and weekends and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including grilling, sautéing, frying, plating.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and standards during service hours.
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth workflow on the line.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold hygiene standards.
