Qualifications

• Extensive professional cooking experience required.

• Experience at multiple stations in a full service restaurant.

• Ability to stay organized, focused, and efficient during high volume service.
• Excellent attention to detail, plate presentation, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Complete daily prep and maintain stocked, organized stations.

• Assist with daily cleaning, opening, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team for smooth service.
