Responsibilities include managing a high-volume dish station, washing and organizing, assisting with prep, keeping stations clean and stocked, and supporting the kitchen to finish service with efficiency and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume dish station efficiently throughout dinner service.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist chefs with food preparation, portioning, and ingredient prep.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked workstations.
• Handle trash removal, cleaning, and end-of-night kitchen breakdown.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep pace during busy service without sacrificing cleanliness or quality.
• Recognize what needs to be done and take initiative without constant supervision.
• Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed.
