Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano in Loveland, CO is seeking passionate line cooks to join our scratch-kitchen culinary team, crafting Italian pastas, soups, pizzas, seafood, steaks and desserts with pride.

• Prior experience in food preparation in a scratch kitchen.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and properly stored.
• Follow recipes and prep lists, measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
• Label and stock ingredients for easy access.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping and cutting as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, etc.).
• Bake, grill, steam and broil foods; present and garnish final dishes.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards; clean and sanitize work areas and utensils.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and monitor stock levels.

Must be available to work consistently and always have a positive attitude.Cook responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensuring ingredients and final products are fresh.Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly.Following recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.Following prep lists.Labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.Preparing ingredients for cooking by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.Operating equipment following safety standards.Baking, grilling, steaming and broiling meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods.Presenting, garnishing and arranging final dishes.Handling and storing ingredients and food.Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and utensils.Executing opening and closing procedures.Setting up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.Monitoring station inventory levels.
