Kalapawai Cafe & Deli is seeking line cooks / sandwich makers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services in Kapolei, Hawaii. Pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour plus tips averaging $4–$6 per hour, totaling about $21–$24 per hour. Weekend and holiday shifts are mandatory.

Medical, vision & dental benefits are offered when eligible. Responsibilities include open kitchen customer service, prep for all meals, station-to-station work, and daily cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prompt attendance.
• Availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.
• Must be clean and well organized; able to move between stations efficiently.
• Basic knife skills recommended; training available.
• Daily kitchen prep for breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Food safety and sanitation are musts.
• TB test and Hep A vaccination where legally required.

• Hood cleaning, fryer cleaning and stainless polishing.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
