The ideal candidate has 1+ year of line cook or prep cook experience in restaurant, hotel, or resort settings, thrives in a fast-paced environment, shows teamwork and pride in food quality, and is flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Line Cook, Cook, or Prep Cook.
• Restaurant, hotel, or resort kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain assigned line or prep station for lunch and dinner service.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is cooked to order with consistent presentation and portioning.
• Prepare ingredients and assist with daily food production and prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory organization and reducing food waste.
• Support team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy shifts.
