Formación

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have or obtain a Municipality of Anchorage Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe Certification contingent upon 30 days of hire.
• Must have two (2) years of related work experience.
• A valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under NMS’ vehicle insurance policy.
• Contract requires employees to speak, understand, read and write English.

Responsabilidades

• Performs main line food production duties as assigned for the shift.
• Reviews daily needs, completes production sheets, and verifies supply needs.
• Assists supervisors with menu and recipe development.
• Ensures quantity and quality control and sanitation of production areas.
• May supervise and train food service personnel.
• Organizes kitchen helpers to assist with smaller item prep.
• Oversees serving lines and ensures proper stocking, setup, and cleanliness.
• Fills in for other food service positions as needed.
• Maintains proper rotation of produce and dairy; follows sanitation procedures.
• Performs other duties relevant to the department as assigned.
