Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Alaska Food Handlers Card or ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of general food service experience.
• English language skills required for communication.

Responsabilités

• Performs main line food production duties.
• Prepares food per par level sheets and standards.
• Reviews day needs with supervisor and completes production sheets.
• Ensures quantity/quality control and sanitation.
• Manages training and supervision when needed.
• Oversees serving lines and coffee bars, stocks items.
• Follows FIFO and HACCP procedures.
• Completes temperature/ sanitation logs and supports safety program.
