Bluejack Management Partners in Aledo is looking for a Line Cook to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare and cook menu items, maintain workstation organization, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards. Prior culinary experience in a high-end setting is preferred, along with a positive team-oriented attitude.

This role demands flexibility with scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must embody the Bluejack brand and demonstrate a passion for hospitality.

Competenze

• Prior culinary experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook menu items as per established recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation.
• Ensure quality and consistency of dishes.
