Job summary

Champions Social Club in North Dallas is seeking a Line Cook to deliver the elevated culinary experience our members expect. You will prepare and cook menu items from established recipes, maintain quality and timeliness, and work closely with a fast-paced culinary team.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic cooking methods, equipment, and food safety.
• Current Food Handler Certification and valid Driver's License required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Reliable attendance, flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• 1–2 years of restaurant or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain assigned stations with ingredients, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and portions.
• Collaborate with the culinary team for timely execution during service.
• Follow procedures for allergies, dietary restrictions, and member requests.
• Label, store, and rotate food per FIFO and safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and equipment.
• Support opening/closing, prep, cleanup and other kitchen duties as needed.
