Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is hiring experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for our upscale dining outlets. Candidates should have 1–2 years in a high-volume kitchen handling short prep times, be team players, self-motivated, flexible with hours, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key duties include preparing daily menus, butchering meats and fish, operating the omelet/carver station, keeping workstations clean, and creating soups, sauces, and specials.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume quality kitchen.
• Must be a team player and self-motivated.
• Able to handle short prep times in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cooking functions to prepare daily menus.
• Butcher meats and fish.
• Operate omelet/carver station.
