Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a food handler certification.
• Experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Execute recipes and food preparation as provided by Lupe Tortilla.
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware, and glassware throughout the shift.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
